Sister Bella Mashile's journey into healthcare began with a profound desire to serve — not just to treat illness, but to transform lives. Growing up in a community where quality healthcare was often out of reach, she understood firsthand the gap between what people needed and what was available to them.
After qualifying as a Registered Nurse and building years of clinical experience, Sister Bella channelled her expertise and passion into founding Crossroads Wellness Clinic Foundation in 2013. Her vision was simple but powerful: to create a place where every person — regardless of their background or financial situation — could access dignified, high-quality, nurse-led care.
Today, Crossroads Wellness serves families across Nellmapius and Pretoria through four specialised clinics, each reflecting Sister Bella's unwavering belief that healthcare should be personal, accessible, and compassionate.
